WHY DID I CHOSE PRINT?

I have chosen to do print for my final task for a few reasons. I am working on my own, as I feel that I don't have to rely on anybody else and that I can make decisions without having to consult others, which result in be being able to spend more time on the actual product. Also, if I were to undertake the film task it would mean me having to organize people to be in the film, time to actually film, props for the film and overall I feel that I am fairly competent using photoshop. 

I believe that by working with photoshop I will gain more experience with this software, which will be of huge benefit as this is a possible career path for me when I leave school. I have considered that I will not have the benefit of others creative influences and ideas, but I believe that I have enough skills to be able to compensate for the lack off help. 

I worked in a group for my preliminary task and found that I did most of the editing of the images and others were happy for me to do most of the work, so I thought I might as well work on my own. 

I am excited to be able to work with the photo editing software and hopefully I will be able to produce and individual and 'fresh' media product.
