To help me find a font for my front cover and to use throughout my magazine I have subscribed to
1001fonts.com. It is a website that enables people to upload and download custom fonts. I have made a list of the fonts I liked. I have narrowed it down form a list of 12 to a list of 4. I have displayed them using the title of the magazine as it will help me to get a better idea of what the final thing will look like.
For my magazine title I have decided to use the REBOARD and the Acid Label font as it is the strongest and will really stand out on the front cover. I was unsure on which font will be best suited so I have decided not to rule out or the other and to try both fonts out when I create the actual magazine, as being able to see them on the front cover will actually help me to make a decision.
Once more I am impressed with your planning but research is vital and should be appearing on this blog. Have you considered the impact of colour on your masthead too?
